Blatinx on the Block

Blatinx on the Block is a community event that celebrates the Afro-Latinx diaspora and encourages cross-campus Black and Brown solidarity. The first of its kind at UCLA, Blatinx on the Block will be a space for all UCLA attendees to experience all our culture through food and music in the spirit of love and unity. The program will be 4 hours and consist of performances, dancing, and the opportunity to support Afro-Latinx, Black, and Latinx vendors.

This event is hosted by Afro-Latinx Connection de UCLA, a student organization with the goal of bridging the gap between the Afrikan diaspora and Latinx communities. Cosponsored by the UCLA Chicano Studies Research Center.
